About Attorney Frank Sarro
Frank Sarro has been concerned about workers’ rights his entire life. He saw his father suffer 33 years of abuse as a union bus driver, working hard to provide for his family despite his employer’s indifference. Mr. Sarro’s own real life work experiences showed him that workers need all the help they can get to win basic rights and fair treatment. He went to Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco with the specific purpose of devoting himself to employment law so he could learn how to best use the tools of the law to help employees protect themselves and obtain justice in the workplace.
Mr. Sarro began practicing employment law in 1987 and gained valuable experience working with several established firms. He started his own law firm in 1996 so he could represent clients exactly as he would want to be represented – with fire, courage and determination to achieve the best possible result. He is not afraid to sue the biggest corporations and battle the largest law firms in California. He takes great satisfaction in righting wrongs, fighting for justice, and collecting money for his clients to make their lives better. Mr. Sarro is a smart and aggressive attorney who knows when to go to trial and when to negotiate an excellent settlement.
Mr. Sarro is a member of the State Bar of California and the California Employment Lawyers Association. He frequently hikes on Mount Diablo and enjoys swimming, gardening and reading.
